- Formalized collaboration across OPSEU/SEFPO sectors

OPSEU/SEFPO Organizing School
- Permanent organizing school
- Family camp model to bring whole households into union life
- Training in workplace action, bargaining, and leadership
Member & Community Infrastructure
- Repurpose existing training centres & properties
- Create community spaces for workers
- Long‑term sustainability plan rooted in member needs
